看過Kurt的照片後，再加上wedding planner的推介，在收到報價單後，我以為我會confirm他的service。某天，當我繼續我的search reference時，我突然click到flickr的這一個網頁：

(再次感謝互聯網的出現，及光纖技術的普及)。
在這個網頁，我認識了一個居住於布拉格超過十年的捷克人。是這一張相打動了我的心：
雖然當時沒有任何其他人參考，但我仍膽粗粗與Lukas展開一連串電郵的交流。
據Lukas當時所說，我是第一個亞洲人聯絡他。因為他本身沒有夥拍任何wedding planner，所以他多是替當地人影相的。他覺得很奇怪我為什麼會找到他。
亦正因為他是這般的「地道」，所以吸引了我的目光。
他的照片與Kurt一樣，充滿電影感；流露著自然的美。二人的分別之處，我會說... 真的是十分個人的觀感... Lukas少了一點「商業味道」。
婚禮攝影，與其他一切的行業一樣，亦是商品的一種，某程度上，大家千里迢迢去到另一個國度拍攝，有一些「地標式」的婚照，是無可口非的；但越看得多reference，我越不喜歡Kurt的照片。因為在他的blog中，你不難發現不少新人的照片中有「差不多」的posture、「差不多」的角度、「差不多」的構圖；好的方面看，是「一致性強」，但不好的方面看，是「有點standard shot」的感覺。
或許是Kurt在這行業運作已有多年吧；當一對新人沒有太多意見時，他就給「維持一定水準」的服務。而Lukas，則影相多年，業餘性則；投身婚禮攝影只有4年光境。亦因為客人多是本土人；那些「地標式」的相片，其實又真的較少。
至於價錢，我會說，超值囉....

早前，因為小妹的推介，已有兩對香港新人前往拍照，口碑不俗。Lukas 最近電郵我，問我「做過d咩野」，因為多了香港人成為他的facebook fan。他知道我推介了他，他很感激呢！我「要脅」他說要好好照顧所有來自香港的新人，因為好大可能是因為看過我的推介呀！不要「壞」了我的名聲呢！

回覆刪除I had checked the website of the Photographer - Lukas, but seems that it is not in english. Is that Lukas can speak english? if no, then how you communicate with him? And is there any wedding planner you recommend to? coz Im planning my wedding in Prague on the coming september......It'd be highly appreciated if you could help......

Hi, thanks a lot for your sharing. We are looking for local photographer in Prague too. Have some concerns right now:
回覆刪除1) How do you settle the payment? When to pay deposit and balance? We find it somehow insecure to hire a distant foreigner, how do you make sure he provides the agreed service?
2) How many photos do the package cover? Is it possible to have them all?
3) We find that Hong Kong PW companies offer different price for different people in same package. Would you mind sharing the price range of yours?

1. I haven't paid any deposit, everything was paid in one go. How can I make sure the agreed services? because i have a service agreement with the photographer. Of course, there is a risk, however, think the risk is the same when you hire a local HK photographer.
2. I have all raw photos, but for touch up, there are limited, think around 50 (I am not sure).
3. I hire the photographer directly in Prague, without through any agent. and my price and package was 2011, the price would be quite deviated. But I don't mind telling you I paid EURO 500 for a one-day 6hour package, which was around HK$6,000 in 2011.

回覆刪除Thank you very much for your sharing. Indeed, the price jumped rapidly in these years, and some photographers require to pay 50% deposit in advance. Will negotiate with him on this.

I think probably there were some bad experience and last minute cancel among the photographers. For Lukas and Kurt, these two are quite reputable and popular among HK couples, think it would not be too much an issue to pay a deposit. Good Luck!
